Covered Bridge

Hi hope everyone had a great day and even better week.  I've been working on this dbl page LO since Sunday.  I finally finished it. I'm entering this over at "Lasting Memories" http://kcclayoutchallenges.blogspot.com  challenge.

The challenge is DOUBLE TAKE.  Who were to take two pictures of the same thing or similiar.  Well I knew what it meant, but the brain and eyes weren't making the connection.  I guess i could call that a Senior Moment?
Any way Last week I was in Parke County Ind at the Covered Bridge Festival.  This was my 14th of going.  I love all the different things that you can see.  My favorite place is Bridgeton, Ind.

In 2005 the original covered bridge was set on fire by an arsonist. By Oct 1st 2006 the new Bridgeton Covered bridge was built. The first page of the dbl page LO it How the Bridge was rebuilt.  The second page is of the different view of the Bridge that I took  this year when I was there.

The 12x12 paper is from DCWV Autumn Melody paper stack.  I love all the papers in this stack. I just added some bling that I had in my stash.  I used the ccr Basics for the Title.   Thanks for taking a look.

  3. Great page Vickie! There is just something charming and old fashioned about covered bridges. Sadly not too many are still around . I'm so glad your community chose to preserve and rebuild this one!! Thanks for sharing with us at LMLC!!
