Eat and Be Married

I've finally was able to make something.  I think I was in a non crafting mode.  The challenge this week over on  FCCB ="http://fantabulouscricut.blogspot.com/"  is BLUE BELLS.  You can either use a bell, church or a cross and you also have to use the color  BLUE.  I had won Spring Cottage cart on ebay a couple of weeks ago and I finally decided that I wanted to use the gazebo.  I cut the gazebo at 4" and popped dotted it to stand off the paper. The blue bell is from the Sweetheart Cart cut at 1.25".  The blue flowers are cut from Kate's ABC's cart at 1".  The ribbon is from Michaels that my neice used when she got married.  I think I'm going to like the Spring Cottage cart. I have a LO in mind that I want to use this cut with a few other of the cuts.  Thanks for taking a look, and if you get a chance to go over and take a look at the challenge and give it a try.

The picture qaulity is the greatest.  I think I need to invest in a new camera.  LOL

none

Good morning everyone.  Yesterday was a down time for me.  Larry had his last big treatment for his cancer last Wednesday.  The next day he had to have the Nuelasta shot. which wipes him out about 3=4 days later.   So he slept most of the day.  When he does that I can craft, because he sleeps on the couch which is in my sunroom/craftroom.  Here is what I came up with. I went to alot of blogs yesterday to get some inspiration on what i wanted to do. Nothing popped into my head.  My card measures 5x6.5.  I used a MS punch for the top and bottom border. The ribbon on the left side is from my stash.  The sentiment mats are from Lacy Labels cut @3" reg and shadow. The sentiment mat is cut at 2.50"  The sentiment I saw in a card magazine, so i computor generated it and then cut it out with LL's also.  I really like the way it came out.  Thanks for looking and I would love everyones feed back on it.

Your Number 1

I'm entering this card in Hiding in My Craft Room  http://www.hidinginmycraftroom.com  The challenge this week is a color challenge. You are suppose to used the color red and Kraft.  I used the cosest paper that I had.  I used my cuddlebug and the swiss dot folder for the top half.  The Rosette is from the Ribbon and Rosette cart.  I used a red button from my stash and Bakers Twine.  I computer generated YOUR NUMBER and stamped the number one with a numbers stamp that I had. Thanks for taking a look.  Hope you get a chance to hop over to  Laurie's blog and check out her challenge that she does every Saturday.
