Pumpkin Bear

Good Morning crafty friends.  Its a beautiful fall like morning here in Western KY.  Sun is shining and that is always good.
I finally was able to get my Teddybear On Parade from a fellow ceafter that was able to pick it up at Wal-mart for me.  My Wal-mart doesn't seem to be carrying much of anything . So when she told me that they had it at her walmart, she went a got one for me.  THANK YOU BRENDA!!!!! (friendscraftingwithfriends) I knew that I wanted to make the pumpkin teddybear so I picked out the paper and made a card with it.

The base card is a DOUBLE DUTCH FOLD I found the tutorial on splitcoaststampers http://splitcoaststampers,com    The teddybear and all the layers were cut from the TEDDYBEAR ON PARADE  cart @3.5"   The pattern paper was from some paper that I had gotten at Walmart.

Here is the inside of the card.  The pumpkin was cut from MS SEASONAL CAKE ART cart. The TrickorTreat was cut from the HAPPY HAUNTING cart.
The Happy Halloween is from a stamp that I had gotten at M's.
This is what it looks like with the bottom not opened.
The base card started out being  4 3/16x9  I had a heck of a time figuring out what 4 3/16th was on my trimmer.  I didn't actually figur it out ,but its close enough.  If someone could let me know what mark it is i would so appreciative.  Thanks and thanks for taking a look.  I really enjoyed putting this together.

Brenda from Friends Crafting With Friends, had made this box with a tutorial and the web site from SplitcoastStampers on how to make this.  She had said on her blog that wouldn't this look cute with pilgrims and a name on the box for a table setting.  I watch the tutorial and got to working on the box and decided that I would put pilgrims and my name on the box to see what it looked like.  I like the way it came out.  My layering to could be better.   Thanks for looking and have a good day.

The Bride.

Hope everyone had a great weekend.  It was cool here over the weekend, so I was able to get in some crafting.  My LO that I did is for the Lasting Memeories weekly challenge which is Ribbon, Lace, Pink.  You had to use some pink anywhere on your LO. I used a frame from Lacey Labels. The ribbon was in my stash of ribbon that I have.  The saying is from Jasmine. Thanks for looking.

My favorite picture on this page is the one in the right bottom corner.  Samantha is looking out the window.  Its perfect!

Bride and Groom

A week ago last weekend my DH and I went to our nephew's wedding.  I made this page for the weekly challenge over at Lasting Memories LO challenge. http://kcclayoutchallenges.blogspot.com  This week the challenge was to use flowers and this sketch.

Here is my LO page.  The flowers are made out of vellum paper with a punch that I had gotten out M's. The trellis that I made for the flowers is from Ribbons & Rosette cartridge. Its called the Floral 2 on page 33.  Border 1'x6' The Title is from the Jasmine Cart.  An oldie, but has a very pretty font on it.   i side the title in the ccr room, so I'm not sure what size it ended up being. I had alot of fun doing this LO. This wasn't what I had in my head, but this is what it turned out to be.
There are 2 more pages to go with this one.  I will post them when I'm finished.  Thanks for taking a look

More pages. for my calender

Hope everyone had a great weekend and was able to get some crafting in.  Finally the weather feels GREAT!!

As most of you know I'm doing calender pages for 2013.  I'm doing two different ones at the same time.  I have October to show you for one of the calenders and Dec for the other calender.   For the October calender I used the spider web from a couple of months ago that was the free cuts for the ccr. I'm sorry I can't remeber the name of it.  I don't write things down I like I should.  The spiders are from PDDU cart.  This is still my favoote cart to use for Halloween.  The Days of the week I sized in the ccr and saved the file so all I have to do is pick the color of cardstock I want to use, open file and cut.  The numbers are from ccr basics.  Saved the file and do the same with the the numbers as I do with the days of the week.  So easy with the ccr room.  I know most of you have your gyspy's but for me the ccr room works. The Dec page the sleigh is from A Quilted Christmas/  The presents are from DoodleCharms cart. The Phrase Merry Christmas is from MS Seasonal cake Art. I resized it to fit the square in ccr.  Thanks for taking a look.  I'm working on Valentine's Day and 4th of July .  Hope to have those to show in a couple of days.  Have a good week everyone.

Sorry about all the background things.  This is the only place i can hang the calender so you can see all of it.

January calender page for 2013

Here is the January calender page for the second calender that I'm doing. I used the Winterwoodland cart for the hat and also for January.  The snowflakes is from a punch that my daughter had gotten from a garage sale.  I've never see a punch like this before and there isn't a name on it so I don't know who its from.
the days of the week and the numbers from Designer Calender and sized in the ccr and saved in the ccr.  I can just open them up and then use what ever paper i want. The bottle is from Simply Charmed and so is Cheers.  Thanks for taking a look.

Here is the top part of the page.  My other pics didn't show the whole page.  sorry  Thanks for looking.  Will have more to show later on.

Classic

I made this LO for the FCCB challenge  http://fantabulouscricut.blogspot.comcart .   I love this cut.  You can use any pattern paper that you want to make the car any color that you want.  I got the inspiration from the handbook.  The LO is in the front of the handbook.  I posted this on the MB last Monday and then I have been gone until late this afternoon.  I'm not sure if I can do this, but I'm really pride of the way it came out, so I'm going to post it anyway.  There are some really neat projects in the front of  the handbooks.   Thanks for looking

I used the Wrap it Up cart.

Family

The Lasting Memeories http://kcclayoutchallenges.blogspot.com challenge for this week is to scraplift one of the DT project that they did.  Mine was easy to pick. Suzanne  http://cricutcraftinggrammy.blogspot.com.  She is amazing.  I love everytrhing that she does.  I scraplift her alot. (She's knows this also).  If you haven't seen what she does hop on over to her blog and check out everything that she does.  Here is my dbl page LO.

The paper is from DCWV the Four Seasons Stack.  This stack has such pretty paper.  I framed my picture mats with leaves from the cart SFTN.

I used Lacey Lables for the embelleshiment for Family which was done in the cricut craft room.

Here is a closer look at the second page
The frame is from  Lacey labels.  I'm getting better at using this cart from watching Lorraine (cardscreations) I learned alot from her also.  On Suzanne's page she had made a small book. I don't know how she made hers so I just kind of sort of made one of my own.
Here is what it looks like when opened

Thanks for taking a look and head on over to the Lasting Memeories and see what you's LO from the DT that you would like to scraplift.
I am going to scraplift another DT members  Stacia.  Her LO is very intersting and I have a picture that will look great with her LO theme that she did.   I hope to be able to post that tomorrow if I can get it done.
