The challenge over on BBTB2 http://heather-bittenbythebug2.blogspot.com is Back to school. You are to make a project with the Theme "back to school"
I'm also entering this in the http://fantabulouscricut.blogspot.com
My friend Suzanne http://cricutcraftinggrammy.blogspot.com was able to cut out Kindergarten for me in the ccr. Now mind you she has never used the ccr until this week and she did it for me. I'm so thankful for her and what she did, since I was unable to use the cart.
I used wrap it up for the school house. The strip of pattern paper is from a paper stack called All Seasonal II from HL. I pop dotted the school house to give it some demention. The picture mats are 4 1/4"x4 1/4". I also used wrap it up for the journalling tag that I slipped behind the picture. I did the same thing for the Preschool page also. Again I want to thank Suzanne for doing these cut for me.
Thanks for taking a look. Comments are very welcome.

Last Hooraw
Everyone knows that Labor Day is the official last weekend of the Summer. Most of the kids have starting back to school. Many ppl like to have BBQ's with family and friends. I made this LO that I was going to enter into the Lasting Memories scrapbook challenge. The theme this week is "SUMMERS END" Your suppose to scrap what you did at the end of summer. I'm not sure if My LO can be used for the challenge. I think I will post it and if it isn't right someone will let me know I'm sure. I used scraps on all the cuts. The carts that I used are
EPD------------------------------------------------BOY, GRILL, KETSUP & MUSTARD.
DESIGNER CALLENDER------------------- LABOR DAY
Pictures mats are 4x4 I left the one area blank for either journaling or maybe another small picture
Thanks for taking a look. All comments will be appreciated
here is the blog site for Lasting Memories if you would like to join in on the fun. http://kcclayoutchallenges.blogspot.com I also forget to say that I didn't have a cart that had a picnic table on and I tried to make one, LOL but that was a fiasco. I google searched one and fussy cut it out and used it.

Tammy from Scrap Cave Creations on her blog she did this dlb page LO. I totally scraplifted this and told her I was. Any way here is my dbl page LO The font is from Kates ABC's and the flowers are from 2 different carts, Just a note and Mothers Day Bouquet. This took me all day, but I reallly love the way it came out. The tag is from Lacy Lables. The sentiment is the same sentiment that Tammy has used. i don't have the stamp so I printed it from my comp.
January calender page for 2013
I have been working on my calender pages on and off for the past month. I'm
working on 2 at one time. Here is a sneak peek at January. All the cuts on this page were done in the cricut craft room. The mittens and hat were cut from Simply Charmed cart. I tried to make the mittens look like the bottoms had fur. Not sure if I like this. Its not doing what I want it to do. January was cut from cricut alphabet that is preloaded on my AE2 I really like this font, I use it a lot.
The days of the week and the numbers(which I welded together from 11 on) are from the Designer Calender cart. The days of the week is the Script key function.
The days of the week are cut at 1.236x1.083 very odd sizes, but as you can see they fit. The numbers were cut at 0.25x0.556. Thanks for taking a look. I will post the finished look hopefullly tommorrow nite.

Sweet Tooth
I made this shaped tooth card for the FCCB challenge http://fantabulouscricut.blogspot.com This week the challenge is National Tooth Fairy Day. I saw some of the DT's cards where they had made a tooth. I thought maybe I could try to do it. Thanks to CCR I was able to weld the tooth together. The tooth is from the Baby Steps cart cut @ 4.25x5.50. It took me a while to figure out the size. They have changed the ccr and I do like the new update. I just have to learn it all over again. The ribbon is from 3girljam's blogsite. The little tag is from Baby Steps cart also. The font is computor generated from on of Jaded blossoms stamps. I hope this is okay to use. I used my PK face stamp also. I'm kinda glad the way it came out. Thanks for Looking.

If yall get a chance over on the MB there is this challenge. There are some amazing ladies over on this challenge that make some very beautiful cards. Each week there is a different host for the challenge. There are 3 or 4 card sketches that you can either do one or all. There is also an ad color challenge also. This week the ad colors were pink, dark pink, mint green. I love these colors together, so this week was very simple for me. I have used almost all my scraps in these cards. All the frames,( not what they are called) but yall know what I mean, came from the Lacy Labels cart. Lorraine from Cards Creations had shown how to use this on her blog for those of us that didn't have Spellbinders Dies. I cut out some of my vellum flowers and used a ribbon. The Happy Birthday is from Little Friends Stamp set from StampinUp. The inside stamp is from M's $ bin.
This second card is also from Lacey Labels, and sketch #1 on the blog that I have highlighted at the top of my blog. Its very simple and this was all done also with scraps. This was a very simple card to make. Thank you all for looking and all comments are so very welcomed.
3 Weeks agao I entered the FCCB blog challenge. The theme that week was for Camping. I was honored by winning the challenge for that week. Here is what I got. I have been wanting this cart for a long time and kept putting it off. WELL to my surprise when I got my mail today. I'm jumping up and down. Can't wait to play with it.
Have a good evenong everyone. please check out RAQ'S card challenge if you get a chance.

Celebration One year old
This is my great-neice's one year old birthday party. She had a blast with your very own birthday cake. The cake was cut from the Simply Charmed cart and I cut off two of the candles so there would only be one. The fonts were computor generated. I used 3 different mats at different sizes and the font mat. The matts then were pop dotted for more dementions. I used the color of the cake for the mats on pictures and the fonts. Happy Birthday was also cut from the Simply Charmed cart. I'm entering this in the Lasting Memories challenge this week which is Special Celebrations. http://kcclayoutchallenges.blogspot.com If you have never seen there blog site hop on over and take a look and see what there design team has come up with. They have some amazing talented ladies over there and some very fun challenges each week.

My Lo for the FCCB challenge http://fantabulouscricut.blogspot.com this week is following the "theme" sports. Make anything with a sports theme. My grandson played T-Ball this summer. It was so much fun to watch these 4 year olds play. I used the EPD cart for the hat, glove, and the bat. The font is from the CCR basics cart cut at 3/4" and welded together. I wasn't sure if my E2 would cut this being this small, but has you can see it did. I really like the way this came out. My friend Cindy (quiltscrap) gave me the background paper.
I pop dotted the word boxes up and the hat and the bat&glove. Thanks for looking

SHARING
I did this LO of my youngest grandsons sharing a bag of MnM's The background paper I got my Cindy (quiltscrap). I have lots of paper that she has given me. Thanks Cindy.
I mated the picture with 5 different color mats. I used Kate's ABC's for the font. I used the font shadow feature and the girl font feature. I pop dotted the letters between the shadow and reg cut. I also pop dotted SHARING also. I don't think I needed anything else on the page, but would love some feed back. Let me know please what you think and if I should had something more.

Christmas LO using A Quilted Christmas
I got my Quilted Christmas cart yesterday and looking thru the book the project was this LO. I didn't have any tulle so I used some Christmas Ribbon that I had. I really like the way it looks. There is layering inking, and foam dots to pop it up. I really am glad that I got this cart when I joined the circle. The candles is the candle border. This will also make a pretty card. thanks for taking a look.

The challenge this week over at Lasting Memories Scrapbook Challenge http://kcclayoutchallenges.blogspot.com is "BINGO"
Were were to use this sketch using things on here that would make a bingo. On Sunday when the challenge started i had the picture that I was going to use. then I went blank from there. On Monday i picked out the papers that I wanted to use. I went diagnoly from top left to bottom right.
I used Ribbons, Frames, Card Stock and Letters. Then I went straight down with Buttons, Frames, Flourishes, Borders, Glitter. This afternoon when I started working on this LO, I was looking for some paper to make my frame and I found this 12x12 paper with stitching and borders. So I ended up using this base page instead of the original one that I started out with on Monday. I really like the way this one came out. This is going to be put into a shadowbox frame for my SIL for her Birthday. I will be hand delivery this one myself. Don't trust the mail. Would love your feedback on this one if you would. thanks for taking a look.
I was hoping on the first one that you could see the stitching.
The paper was in my stash. I'm thinking that a fellow crafting friend Quiltscrap had given me the paper. It had the stitching and the borders already on it. The ribbon was from 3GirlsJam http://3girljam.blogspot.com
that I had gotten when I ordered my bow maker.
The picture doesn't actually show the scalloped ovals that I used for Family. The ovals were cut from the Cricut Essentials cart and so was Family. The buttons were in my stash. The flourishes were from M's. I used a MS Lacy Doily punch and a buckle that was in my stash.

October Calender page
Hi hope everyone had a good week. Its been a good one for my DH and I.
I made this calender page using the Schoolroom October and November that is in the CCR and free to use this month. Imade the web frame by welding 4 webs together. This was easy. It took me an hour to get it just right. the four spiders are from PDDU card cut @2" I cut 2 for each spider. I used pop dots in the middle so I could get the spiders hooked to the web.I used goodles eyes to get them to pop more.
I used stickle on the web to give it some sparkle . Happy Halloween was also cut from the Oct in the ccr.
I decided to use only one picture mat on this or it could be a jouranling mat. The October is cut also from the Schoolroom cart in the CCR. I stretched it accross to fit my calender. Everything was designed in the CCR. I know its early for Halloween, but I need to really concentrate on making my Calender(s) 3 to be exact. Thanks for looking and please let me know what you think. I forgot to say that the pattern paper if from a Seasonal stack that I have.
