Over on the FCCB http://fantabulouscricut.blogspot.com the theme this week for the challenge is a "CAMPING" theme. You are suppose to use a tent or bonfire, or a Canoe.
The Tent and the fire is from the CAC cart. The tree is from the Stretch Your Imagination. The picture mat is 4x6. The Clouds are cut from the April Showers Solutions cart.
There is also a bonus on the LO that you can't see from this pic. But you can in this one.
The tent opeds up and it can either be a journaling spot, or a hidden picture. I welded two tents together in the CCR to get this shape. Thanks for taking a look.
Happy Crafting everyone.

LO and Box
I have a couple of things that I'm going to post today. One of the projects that I was working on was a Gift Tag Box from Sweet Sassy Div'a blog. http://sweetsassydiva-gspot.blogspot.com She has on her blogspot a link on a very special Lady that has a video on how to make these. Go and check out her blog to see whyh this Lady is so special.
The pattern paper is from Cloud9 Design SEASONAL and from a fellow crafter Cindy (quiltscrap). The tags were cut from George Cart. The Bells and the mittens are from SIMPLY CHARMED. I also used the CRICUT ESSENTIALS preloaded cart on my E2. This was a lot of fun to make. Thanks for taking a look.
All the Ribbon that i used was in my stash. I flocked the mittens to give them a more realistic look.

Christmas/Dec Calender page.
I have been working on this page all day. I knew what I wanted to do until I started. Then the mind took over. I did all of the cutting and designing in the CCR. I'm getting better. I'm going to enter this over in the Lasting Memories LO Challenge. This week's challenged is "We're Mining For Silver. I really had fun making this LO for my calender and working in the CCR.
Here is what I used. The picture mat is 4.5x4.5 with the picture being 4x4 when inserting a picture. I used Simply Charmed for the presents and Merry Christmas. The bows on the present are done with a shiny gray cardstock that looks silver.
In the CCR I used the Cricut Craft Room Basics for the Tree and the Star. I used yellow stickle for the star to give it a shiny glow to it. For the lights I used CAC.
I used a MS doily punch for the garland and used silver glitter to make it look like a silver garland around the tree. The tree skirt was cut from the preloaded Essentials cart on my E2. Thanks for taking a look.

Mr & Mrs.
My Hubby and I are going to be attending a family wedding in Sept. These are the colors that the bride has chosen. I think this color is so pretty for a Sept wedding. I used the Sweethearts cart for all the cuts.
The card is a 5x7. The pattern back ground paper is from a 8x8 paper stack called WEDDING from Making Memories. I'm not sure if I got this at M's or HL. I'm entering this in the FCCB challenge for this week, which is WEDDED BLISS

Shaped card
Hi to all my crafting buddies. I know its been awhile since i have written in my blog. I watched a video from Robin Robin's Creative Cottage She does some amazing projects and I love to watch her videos. She did this shaped card that was a turtle from CAC. I tried my hand at this tutorial. I think it came out okay, nothing like Robin's. I don't have a gyspy, so this was all done in the CCR.

PAWS
The Lasting Memeories Srapbooking challenge this week is DANCING WITH THE PAWS . You had to do a page with animals. 3 years ago my DH and I had gone to Fla to visit friends. We took a ride down to Bush Gardens. It was amazing to see the different animals in the African Theme Park. I really loved watching the Baboons. They love to profile has you can see in my photos. Sorry that the pictures were has clear. I used CAC for the monkeys hanging on the vine. I wanted to try and make a baboon, but it didn't look very good so I used the monkeys instead. The 2009 is from the Cricut Alphabet that was preloaded on my AE2. Thanks for looking.

Berryliscious
Hi hope everyone had a great weekend. We finally got some much needed rain here in Western Ky. We still need a lot more, but my yard, flowers, and garden loved what we got. We also lost our triple digit temps also, which I won't miss at all.
I saw this card on Everyday Cricut with Melanie. I didn't have the cart that she used so I used what I had. I think it came out pretty good. Lacy Labels for the center mat for the strawberries. I used Bakers twine to hook them together. The background paper was in my stash. I used some ribbon that I had gotten from my SIL (She sews so I get a lot of ribbon and buttons from her) . The sentiment i printed on my comp, because I don't have the stamp.
I'm going to enter this in the FCCB challengehttp://fantabulouscricut.blogspot.com/ which is YUMMY YUMMY, make a project with any type of summer dessert. I thought this would be perfect to use. Thanks Melanie for the inspiration.

Happy 4th of July
Happy 4th of July everyone. Hope that you are having a safe holiday and a cool one. Its so hot here even after the pop up thunderstorm that we had. still hot and muggy. I have been in kind of a slump on crafting these few weeks. I started looking at this weeks challenges on some of the blogs that I like and decided I wanted to do the Lasting Memories challenge which is to use Red and White and Blue has your basic colors. http://kcclayoutchallenges.blogspot.com. I also thought I could enter this in the FCCB challenge which is to make a project with either a firework, sparkler, or a big boom project. I think this LO will work. http://fantabulouscricut.blogspot.com.
The patttern paper is from the Paper Studio paper Pack called All Seasons II from HL. I really like this paper stack. I have done alot of things with this. The star pattern paper that I used for the phot mats is also from paper studio. this was a single page that I had in my stash.
Carts that i used
STAND AND SALUTE. First time using this one. I like the many cuts on it.
4th of July, rockets, fireworks.
I cut these out in white, then used glitter, (which you can't tell from picutre) to give them sparkle.
I used car Decals for the little boy with flag @ 2" I'm still learning on this cart. Here is the finished LO Hope you enjoy looking. Have a safe holiday and enjoy the fireworks displays is you are going to see some. I'm setting in my living room watching the fireworks on TV.
Thanks to my good friend Brenda, (Friends Crafting with Friends) she wanted me to enter this also in BBTB2 http://heather-bittenbythebug2.blogspot.com, so I did. Hugssssssssss Brenda!!!!
