Beaches

http://kcclayoutchallenges.blogspot.com  "Lasting Memories" The challenge this week is "IN THE MOVIES"  We were to use  something from the movies.  I decided to use "Beaches" with Bette Midler.  My pictures are from Surf City, Nc.  I love to walk in the beach and also love to walk out into the ocean.
The pattern paper I had gotten from a fellow crafter.  I thought it fit just perfect.   Thanks Cindy.
I used CAC for the Sand Crabs.

Camping Weekend

Over on the FCCB http://fantabulouscricut.blogspot.com the theme this week for the challenge is a "CAMPING" theme.  You are suppose to use a tent or bonfire, or a Canoe.

The Tent and the fire is from the CAC cart.  The tree is from the Stretch Your Imagination.  The picture mat is 4x6.  The Clouds are cut from the April Showers Solutions cart.
There is also a bonus on the LO  that you can't see from this pic.  But you can in this one.

The tent opeds up and it can either be a journaling spot, or a hidden picture.  I welded two tents together in the CCR to get this shape.  Thanks for taking a look.

Shaped card

Hi to all my crafting buddies.   I know its been awhile since i have written in my blog.  I watched a video from Robin Robin's Creative Cottage She does some amazing projects and I love to watch her videos.  She did this shaped card that was a turtle from CAC.  I tried my hand at this tutorial.  I think it came out okay, nothing like Robin's.  I don't have a gyspy, so this was all done in the  CCR.

Welcome Baby

I saw this card in a card magazine and I knew that I wanted to make it. I like using buttons any way this was perfect for me. I also entered this in the FCCB challenge. here is the link for the challenge Lable it.

SMILING

I used CAC for the Koala Bear.  The saying smile is also from CAC The flower is from Flower Shoppe cart.  The journaling I used my own handwriting.

Christmas LO

Tammy over on ScrapCaveCreations had a dlb page LO for Monday.  Here is my intake on what she did.

I used MS Seasonal Art for the garland on the FirePlace that I hand cut.   The flame is from CAC
The stockings are from Doodlecharms.

The ornaments are from the Noel Solutions cart.

Calender page November

I'm doing 2 calenders for Christmas presents this year.

Here is the November  page for one of the calenders.

The turkey is from the CAC cart, also the  Gobble.
The pilgrim hats are from Designer's Calender.  There are some very nice cuts on this cart.  The November is also from DC.  The ribbon is from M's that I got from the $ bin.  The picture mats will fit a 4x4 pic and a 4x41/2 size picture.
